No morning sickness....I'm freaking out

I'm 7 weeks and just found out the embryo split and I'm pregnant with identical twins. I haven't had any morning sickness BUT I'm always hungry. I'm happy but freaking out that no morning sickness is a bad sign. Anyone have the same thing?

I didn't get morning sickness until about week 10-12 and even then it was pretty mild. Everyone is different.

No need to worry at all. They are not even fully sure why we get morning sickness...some reckon it's our body reacting to the pregnancy hormones, so it's worst on first pregnancies. Other research says that bad morning sickness is related to poor diet and others reckon it's from low levels of vitamin b6. But there is no concesus at all. As long as your doctor is happy, you should relax and enjoy your pregnancy - especially these early days while you're still mobile :) Get plenty of rest as growing twins will be twice the work! Take care of yourself and congratulations! Twice are wonderful.

First off, congrats on your twins!!!  Welcome to the twins club :)
I have 3 year old twins.  I had 0 symptoms until week 10 of my pregnancy.
I never had morning sickness. My boobs never hurt 1 day.
Remember to drink lots and lots of water. Your uterus is stretching every quickly to accommodate those 2 babies!!! :-).

Count your blessings mama morning sickness is no fun I started getting morning sickness and vomiting at 6 weeks it got really bad I ended up at the hospital for Hyperemesis Gravidarum(Severe morning sickness) I was so dehydrated. I'm 21 weeks I'm still throwing up occasionally. OB put me on Zofran and Phenergan :( I really hope you don't get it. Congrats on your twins that's sooooooooo EXCITING :)
