fiant pregnancy test for over a week

Hello Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience as I and if they could share.

My last period started Nov 21, and for the last 8 days I've had faint + lines on a variety of pregnancy tests. I saw my dr a few days ago and my betas were at 21.6 and my uterus has thick walls. He said its too early to see anything yet.
My concern us that for last three days it linehas become more and more faint. And now I'm stressing out big time. I should mention that a week ago my breasts were killing me and now they are feeling better.
My next apt is the 30th.
Meanwhile, I'm thinking that I maybe in for a miscarriage. From my understanding the lines are supposed to get darker. What the heck!!??
Anyways...anyone go thru the same thing? With a positve outcome?

Thank you for the responces.
Unfortunately we live in CA and visiting my husbands family in WI till the 29th. So I can't get a blood test till the 30th.
And now this morning I started bleeding (not alot, but enough to freak me out) ....so Im loosing hope.
I know I shouldn't be so discouraged and wait to see what the dr says...but its not easy.

Thank you though

My sister had the same experience. Beta around 20 and her doctor checked her blood every 48 hours. I think you can call and go again for another blood work before the 30th.

First, congrats on the BFP! Did your doc repeat your beta 48 hours later? That's the surest way to know. My RE checked betas every two days to ensure numbers were doubling. Symptoms can come and go. I didn't even have any symptoms until I was well into my first trimester, so I wouldn't put a ton of stock in that. Wishing you lots of SSBD!
