I had a lot of bloating in the beginning, try to eat small meals and don't drink when you eat, wait till after you've eaten.

Go to the drugstore and buy Gas X chewable or tablets its safe and works
Small meals, small bites, try not to talk while eating, eat slowly, and try not to drink from a straw. All of these things helped reduce my gas TREMENDOUSLY! We never realize the simple things we do that causes us to inhale air. Good luck
Peppermint tea works wonders hun I never get bloated and I drink peppermint tea every morning. .. and I was reading an article the other day and it says peppermint tea is good for bloating. Good luck
