Hi Stacy, I am Debbie and I am 36 weeks pregnant with twin girls, mine are fraternal. I had a dcotors appointment Wednesday and they told me that I could go any day. I am dilated to 2.  I am very excited now, but when we found out we were pregnant we were in shock. We have a two year old son, and neither hubby or I have twins in our family and never exspected it. I haven't gained much weight, but they are saying every thing is fine. I would love to talk to you, THis has been an experience for me. I got sick in the beginning and now I am gettiing sick again.  Personally I think it is just the person, and each person is different. I stayed sick my son. BEst of luck to you

I had a strong heartbeat with one, and a variable heartbeat with the other, when they measured 6 weeks (I was 8 weeks by the calender).  If you have read any of the threads about finding the HB on early US it is so variable.  Think positive.  I go back in a few weeks to see how they are doing.

Hi! I have heard of this before. The doc sometimes does ask you to come back to check the heartbeat at a later date. I don't think u should worry.

Hello Everyone

I recently found out that we were having twins.  We did IVF and got pregnant, I went in yesterday for my first ultra sound at 6 weeks and she found 2 one we actually saw the heartbeat and the other we didnt it was a bit smaller than the other.  Has anyone had this issue before.  My doctor wants me to come back in 2 weeks to schedule another ultrasound, she thinks its a little early to see a heartbeat but its weird that we saw the ehartbeat of one and not of the other.  We saw the sacks of both of them through, has anyone ever heard of this before?

Hi all.  I have 2.5 year-old g/g twins. It's so much fun!!!  A dear friend and I were preggo together, both w/ twins, and it was so nice (and reassuring) to compare notes.  Glad you all have found each other.  Just thought I would chime in to say hi and good luck.

The post above is from Dainsey....I still can't figure out why mine show up as wtg4baby as that was never my sign on name.  I'm thinking my friend who always uses my computer must have her own sign on and somehow it's remembering her???  So weird....

Hey girl,
So how did the stitch go?   You're past 14 weeks so you can tell people now!!  How exciting!

I am 9 weeks, so far it is twins, probably fraternal.  Lots of morning sickness, but getting better.  I'm due the end of March.

Hey. Am 15w2d pg with twins. Had terrible nausea in the evenings from week 7 till last sat. Been getting better since then. Still don't eat too much and have not yet put on an ounce of weight...I have lost about 9 pounds though in the last three months. I know once I start eating better I will bloat coz I have a tendency to put on weight even if I smell food :-). BTW have you put in a cervical stitch? I had it put it in Aug 18....just as a precaution. Be in touch
