I drink red bull or energy drinks, they have less Caffine than coffee. But they say 200mg/day is safe. I have more than that up to 300mg, did through all pregnancies and this is baby#5. All my kids are fine. Just make sure you drink the 2 liters of water/day so you don't get dehydrated.
I do. I drink anywhere from 1-2 cups if I really want another I drink decaf. I also drank coffee when pregnant with my now 2 year old

I don't. Just cuz of my age (45) and don't want to risk another stillborn But I do drink herbal teas with honey. Trying to eat natural, organic foods.
