Just stay away from herbal teas. Some can induced miscarriage or early labor. Do some research first.
Caffeine free green tea is great during pregnancy. It can help reduce swelling and has many other benefits. You can have a limited amount of caffeine per day, just don't over do it.
Everything in moderation and don't waste time googling everything as you won't know what's right or wrong. Talk to your health care professional. Latest study here saying milk is bad for your baby's brain development if it reduces your iron absorption and yet we know calcium is good for bones and teeth etc. lots of mixed messages in the media. Your midwife and doctor should be able to give you professional advice.

Drink plenty of distilled water!
