Can you take Tums during pregnancy?

So I just went to Hooters and had wings and earlier I had lots of fruit. If my stomach starts to feel upset can I take Tums. I'm 5 weeks and 1 day. Thanks!

Tums will become your best friend throughout your pregnancy. Hopefully you won't need as many as I do. I was concerned about taking too many, but the doctor said not to worry take as many as you need.

Oh okay thanks! I didn't want to take anything that I couldn't. I have a feeling my stomach isn't going to like the mix of foods...LOL
