Oh you still early in the game...get you a pregnancy pillow that will help...im 32 weeks it no longer works for me like it did back then...just get use to the fact sleepless nights now and when they are born...lol

Well first of all, I don't know the weeks you have and also weather is not helping but for leg cramps for sure you are getting dehydrated weather is hot so you need to try to drink plenty of water also bananas, but you need to do both, bananas does not work alone, you need to be well hidrated for the bananas to work.
If your pregnancy is on the 30th or after, tummy does not let us get comfortable to sleep so my bed from week 34 to 40 was my recliner, also try to have a warm shower before bed, that helos me a lot.
I did all this things with my previous 2 pregnancies hope with this 3rd things gets better.
