I called my doctor about getting sick.  They said only take the prenatal vitamins.   I asked about taking airborne and they said not to because too much vitamins can cause problems.

Run a humidifier too, 24/7.

Call your dr let them know. I've been horribly sick this pregnancy, twice, I don't like taking anything, I'm always afraid that there can be side effects to the baby. What worked for me: nasal saline spray, drinking hot water with lemon & honey, ginger tea, gargling with lysterine mouth wash, gargle with apple cider vinegar, rest (when I could-I have 2 other small kids, 7 & 17 months), Emergen-C packs, Tylenol, & lots of fluids (water is best) & more rest.

I'm allergic to cold medicine, so I always use natural remedies. As soon as I feel a cold coming on, I double my Vitamin C. I also steam fresh mint leaves for congestion and make and my own vitamin water using mint leaves, fresh cut lemons and limes. I can usually kick a cold within 2-3 days using these remedies. Good luck and feel better!
