R u taking a prenatal vitamin? I was taking mine in the morning and was really sick. I read it might add to sickness so I switched to taking it at night and I've felt a little better.

And tbh, I stopped taking mine for a few weeks until the nausea wore off and my doctor said that it was fine. We get what we need from our diets anyway. Of course talk to your doctor about it but and but a couple weeks without it is not a problem.

I had horrible morning sickness until about 14 weeks. I lost 20 lbs in my first trimester. Try room temp sprite or ginger ale. Saltines. Lemon drops. Ginger bands. Preggie pops/drops. All those helped me. Oh and I'm having a little girl too :) hope you feel better!
