Cramping no spotting

I have been cramping during the night and during the day. It's not as bad as period cramps and they come and go. I am not spotting at all. I am scheduled for an ultrasound Thursday and am 6 weeks 1 day. I am 40 years old and this is my 3rd child.  I'm just a bit concerned. Should I call the doctor?

I am 9 weeks now, this is my fourth pregnancy, and I've had mild cramping all the way through so far, but no bleeding at all.  my docs say everything looks great and this is totally normal and that really put my mind at ease because I have never experienced that with any of my previous pregnancies.  it's easing up a bit in the last week though, and they say it will probably mostly fade away by 12 weeks. hang in there!

I've had the same issue and my doc said as long as there is no spotting/bleeding, its normal. It normally happened after a walk or getting groceries for me. I'm at 11weeks3days and the cramps have been off and on...hope this helps.

Ur body is expanding and the more children u have the more u are aware of simple pains. I'm also 40 and notice all the slightest things happening in my body.  With no blood I wouldn't worry yourself
