Have you all experienced cramps mild cramps (menstrual like cramps) one day all day then have no symptoms the next?

Thank you ladies! I know every woman is different, but it's refreshing to know that I'm not the only one with some type of cramps. I was so nervous about it, one day I had symtoms then the next day I had none. I was so scared! I freak out when I do have symtoms and then it immediately stops. I'm a FTM via IVF. Thank you so much for being here.

I have been waking up with cramps but it seems like when I sit up all the way and sit for a sec they go away.

I have been having cramps on n off for the last week. I went to the hospital last Sunday and was told I had a bladder infection I was dehydrated and round ligament pains.
I really wonder about the last part considering every time I have pain anywhere in my belly the drs claim it's round ligament pain
