I have HPV and had an outbreak during pregnancy.  This does not necessarily mean a C-section.  I did have one, but for different reasons.  They typically won't treat warts during a pregnancy as the medication is not safe for the fetus.  However, they don't usually do any harm either.  Just a pain in the butt.  Advise your Dr., he or she will help make the right decision for you.  And don't worry too much about it...a very high percentage of women have HPV.  It is very very common, but it is important your Dr. be aware of it.

Yeah, I think a c-section is what they'll do. Your baby is safe until delivery.

Definitely talk to your doctor about it. My guess is the only way to not pass this on to your baby is have a C-Section.
