I would stop taking it, but most importantly you need to talk with the prescribing Dr and let them know that you are expecting. They should be able to advise you on an alternative. When I was on a bunch of prescription meds for my fibro, depression, anxiety, hbp, and Sjögren's I ended up losing that baby..,
I planned my pregnancy an that was a med I was told not to take.
*treated though, not thigh
The big one that I was told they worry about is Paxil as it is known to cause birth defects. Cymbalta is a pregnancy category C which means that although there have been no proven risks, they can't be ruled out completely. Depression or anxiety definitely still need to be treated thigh. I take a pregnancy category c mood stabilizer and have had no issues and the baby is healthy and strong (39 + 3 weeks). I would recommend not taking yourself off them until you meet with your doc. They may wean you off and try something else. But talk over your concerns and options with your provider and they will help you figure out what is the best plan for you and your baby.
