Worry etc is worth every second. Good luck :)
Oh, and yes is normal to start having those thoughts, you are naturally worried about anything and everything that could go wrong when you have kids/get pregnant! You are totally normal!
Depression during pregnancy is actually more common than you think. Happens to me during the first trimester and then thankfully starts to go away in the second trimester. You have to remind yourself , recognize and acknowledge what's going on- realize it's only a temporary state of mind, you're being affected by hormones and all the changes going on in your body. Hang in there, it WILL get better. If it doesn't, talk to your doctor and get some help. Even someone who's never had any issues with depression can get it during pregnancy or after giving birth. Both are totally normal, although it's definitely no fun! Try watching some funny movies!!
Hang in there and sending you all my love! I am 15 weeks and its my first pregnancy and I'm fighting to extreme levels with my partner and might well be doing it alone soon. My moods have been completely erratic and I feel depressed also. My heart goes out to anyone else experiencing similar issues and I send you all my love.
^^ Good answer. It will get better. Hang in there!
I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know that things will get better. I know you're overwhelmed and discouraged, but God has you in the palm of His hand. You are not alone, He is right there with you.
