Thanks I did not know that. I'm only planning to finish the bottle so hopefully it will be done within 6 weeks. Poor hubby but not planning on any sex before then if it's anything like when my daughter was born.

Evening Primrose Oil Capsules will help increase your Fertility after you give birth. So continuing to use them is very risky. Just in case you aren't planning on having another baby immediately.

The one I bought is actually called super primrose. It's 1300 mg. I take 2 pills a day. I'm not sure on the mg for regular primrose oil,  but I know you take more pills a day and I hate swallowing pills.

I bought mine from a health food store. I was 0% effaced laat week and started taking the evening primrose oil tablets orally 3 days ago and yesterday was 50% effaced. Could be just a coincidence,  or maybe it's helping.  I'm 39 weeks, and went past my due date with my first child so I'm trying to get the ball rolling.  I asked about benefits after baby was born and was told the EPO helps wuth elasticity of skin and can help regulate hormones, so I think I will continue this after delivery as well until they are gone.

I took mine orally. 1 capsule 3 times a day. My water broke after 2 days of taking them.

You can use them daily. I insert mine at night. Were a liner or put a towel down as it leaks. I also rest my hips on a pillow so it can flow back..last week I was 0% this week I am 50% thinned out..

You can buy them at walmart..I started at 35 weeks inserting three vaginally..it thins the cervix out
