Early Labor???

Ill be 35wks tomorrow went to dr fri for knee pain when they put me on monitor i started having contractions and i was dialated 2cm i ended up dialating all the way to 5cm..they gave me iv and pain meds and admitted me they said they wasnt gonna stop me from havin baby but wasnt gonna make me go either i came home yesterday im not due until July 20th has anyone had this happen and went to their due date? I really feel like i wont make it til July 20th..

You can dialate  a couple of inches n stay at that for weeks b4 you actually go into Labour. If they allowed you to go back home you r fine just be patient til it's time.

My due date is July 20th as well. I've heard it happening to others as well, but they went into labor a couple weeks after. The good news is that you are so far along that the chance of  complications are very slim. I wish you the best of luck!
