Acne help!!

I'm 14.5 weeks and FTM at 35.  I'm having a horrible time with acne and wonder if anyone has remedies or recommendations. I have what almost appears to be a rash on the sides of my face and forehead. It's little bumps & so annoying as well as random cysts. OB doctor made a dermatologist referral this week but I'm not sure there's much I can do/take while pregnant.

Products with glycolic acid can help like facial wash, moisturizer, and facial wipes can be used together. (Just use them separately first until you adjust). Various products are available at Sephora. Just check the ingredient list to avoid the non pregnancy safe substances like benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and retinol.

Thanks! I'm anxious to see what dermatologist says.  I was thinking about trying antibacterial soap next. I've used unscented dove & switched to cetaphil still super bumpy & oily. Now I'm using St Ives non medicated & it helps a little bit still super bumpy.

I bought oxyclean face wash and used it every other day for about a week.  It cleared up. Ask your derm if short-term use is ok.

I use Dove soap. I didn't stop all of it, but it did decrease the amount of pimples I get.
