Exhaustion?

Hi ladies, So this is my question. I am 41 and this is my third pregnancy. The first one ended up in a MC right after an amnio (the sac tore and the baby died). I was almost 15 weeks. The second was a twin pregnancy. I got into preterm labor at 20w6d and there was no way to stop it. The babies didn't make it.
Now I am 29w4d (and counting!!!!!) I have been closely monitored and things seem to be just fine. However, I get really tired just by walking around for a couple of hours or sitting for three or four hours in a row. I start having tons of Braxton hicks contractions and have to lay down. I have spent so much time in bed the I am barely functional, although I don't have any medical prescription on that front.
I have been told to avoid exercise and sex is also off limits from the beginning of this pregnancy. I see many other pregnant women carrying around their normal activities. My question is, is there anyone who gets this tired at only 29 weeks? Or is it only me?
I am not overweight.

Omg I'm 37,  and 14 weeks and wiped out. I can't keep my eyes open after 8 pm. I'm out of breath from just talking too much! Ever since I found out I was pregnant, I became so lazy. I am use to running around after work, happy hour ( no more of those) shopping, biking, cleaning etc. Now its work, eat, slepp and pee all night! Lol
