First pregnancy

I'm 38 and found out last week I'm 6-7 weeks pregnant. In the last week I've experienced a constant stomach ache. Nothing too bad, just an upset stomach with a minor cramp here and there. Today I've been experiencing lower back pain. Sharp ones every so often. I have an ultra sound scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I had the same symptoms, I had a excruciating back ache, in my lower back, I could barley walk, it was killing me, I found out I was pregnant, went to the doctor and the u/s revealed uterine fibroids. The doctor said they were resting on my nrves in my spine, causing the pain. Never knew about them. Also had a vaginal u/s and bled for days, the bleeding just stopped today, and I feel prego again, no cramps but the normal pregnancy cramps, morning sickness all morning and sore breasts. Waiting on Dr to call me with my results from my HCG level test. Praying its ok!!
