I have had issues with low iron off and on for some time. It's common during pregnancy because baby takes your iron stores. Just follow your Drs. directions I'm sure they will be monitoring your iron levels, and supplements will probably fix the problem well enough but you can have too much iron as well so just make sure you only take what the Dr tells you to.
That means u have to eat iron rich foods. Like broccoli, meat etc. N pills . It's very important to bring it up or u may need a blood transfusion during delivery since u loose blood at delivery.
