What brand of prenatals do you use?
I'm on the GNC brand right now and thinking about making a switch. I want to make sure I'm taking the best possible prenatal vitamin while ttc. So the question is what type worked for you??

I actually tried a few different brands and didn't find one any better then the other. Just make sure it has a high level of folic acid (I believe it's 1000?? can't remember, but please someone correct me if I am wrong). Other then that I believe they are all about the same. One thing my OB did tell me...as a women in her 40's (not sure your age), I also took calcium supplements. Fish oil was another supplement I took, although not because of my age. Good luck to you.
