Try to eat morning cereals with extra fiber. That helped me a lot at the end of my pregnancy.

Soak daily in a hot bath. You can take as hot a bath as you can stand as long as your whole body isn't submerged. As long as your core temp doesn't go up, hot baths are fine.
I have probem as yours.. but not as bad as it is... I try to eat alot of bananas, drink at least 8 glasses of water... and drink DanActive drink with probiotic... it's helps alot...
also try to go bathroom everyday even though you are not feeling like to go.. just sit there for at least 5 to 10 mins... use the warm water pour around your tummy.... it's does help...

I have them pretty badly as well. I generally use anusol (with the pain killer in it) and on a few occasions have used a prescription suppository. They are so nasty, I hope you feel better soon.
