Cannot Breath

Hello, I am 9 wks pregnant and we are truly excited.  I have really bad sinuses and allergies.  This wk has been the worse wk for me. Through out the day I cannot breath, my nose is constantly stuffy and at night it's even worse. I hve used the neti pot to clean out my nasal passage and that doesn't even work. My throat is raw, I sound really really conjested all the time and I am trying to figure out if this is normal or not. Could someone please tell me what I should do. night time is my worse time. My nose always feels like it's about to explode and I am Constantly breathing through my mouth.  do I have a very bad sinus infection :(

I have te same thing. Sit a humidafier about a foot away from you. Sometimes i just sit in the room all day with that thing blowing at me. it works try it! Dont forget to put hot hot water and some salt. GOOD LUCK!

You really need to see a Dr.  It's a bad idea to take anything over the counter (except tylenol) without your Dr.'s recommendation.  If you know for certain it is just allergies and not an infection, you could also try speaking to your pharmacist...but in all honesty, you really should make a Dr.'s appointment.  Good luck, I hope your feeling better soon.
