Getting Pregnant at 38 Years

Hello, I got married at 23years got pregnant at age 24years, but as my husband was not ready for the child, he got my ppregnancy aborted. Since 24years to 32years avoided pregnancy. Later I left him due to his always doubting nature & he was already married to other woman. Now I m happily married to another person who loves me very much at 36years. Later I was admitted to hospital due to "White Blood Clotage & Bleading in rightside of my brain". I was in medication for 1 year. After consulting my doctor that after 1 year completion of my medication that I want to conceive, Doctor advised me if i want to conceive I should to take "Folvite 5mg" tablets daily night after food. Please give me suggestions that can I become pregnant at this 38years age, as I love babies very much, If I am allowed to become pregnant what are the necessary steps I should take at this age. I will be waiting for your reply.

Talk to your OB , he might want to put you on Chlomid to help assure successful ovulation. Start from there I guess. Good luck.
