I drank lots of water but it literally made my stomach hurt. Ginger and all that stuff didn't work for me and I'm a holistic person that's usually what I would do. By desperation I tried sipping regular Pepsi, I never drank soda when I wasn't pregnant it made me sick usually, but it worked and helped my sickness a bit. I'm in my second trimester and its subsided ALOT. The morning sickness lasted the entire time with my last pregnancy.

Drinking liquid is very essential ....I had also alot of sugar drinks in start of my pregnancy due to UTI. I could not stand the taste of plain water. But as your said ginger I have no idea but still would recommend to use in limit. Lemon can be harsh if you have burning in urine. Good luck.
