low progesterone

I had my transfer 5 days ago and I transferred back 3 grade 1 eggs.

I got a call from the doctor's office and my progesterone is low.

I am waiting for them to call me back......Is this a bad sign?

I heard the nurse say something about me being at 175.  I don't know what she was talking about.  She didn't put me on hold.  :o)

Any input?????

Oh, OK! Well a 10.3 is a little low, but since you're on vaginal inserts, the level might be higher "down there" where it really counts, since the progesterone is delivered directly to the reproductive tract and not going through the blood stream first. But adding another insert certainly wouldn't hurt :-)

Maybe the 175 was somehow referring to the progesterone dose you're on? Or maybe it could be your estrogen levels. Not really sure...

Hi heather....my progesterone is 10.5.

I am going to take estrace and add one more vaginal insert to my 3 that I already take.

If it's 175 then that's not low at all!

What type of supplement are you on?
