Heartburn/reflux

Seriously going insane with heartburn and reflux. It never goes away! Tums don't seem to help. Today I didn't eat for like 9 hours, had only water and still...it hung around.  What can I do to make it go away or do I just have to live with it?

Tums is horrible try liquid antacid it's what they gave me in the hospital it works quick I try just a small portion of the recommended dose and just keep upping the dose untill I feel comfortable

Apple cider vinegar.  I get  it pretty badly,  too,  so I just do a shot of  Bragg's apple cider vinegar,  and I'm good for a bit.  All natural,  no medicine,  no chemicals,  no risk.  Mahe sure you hit  up the water afterwards for your throat and teeth.

My doctor put me on Prilosec once a day till the end of my pregnancy & it's been amazing!
