Help 40+ weeks 1st time mom

For the past 3 days I have been having some contractions with light bleeding, when the cramps are more painful the more blood comes when I pee. I times them 2 times last night and I got about 10 or more minutes apart. I get cramps and my stomach hardens, I think that's contacting right?? Lol I'm lost here help!!!

I could definitly feel my contractions, but they were manageable. My water didnt break on its own. My doctor broke mine but once she did i was crying fron the pain. But if you start having more grab a pen and piece of paper to write them down.

That's ridiculous. Many women don't feel pain with their contractions until after their water breaks or when they reach the final stages of labor. If you cam time them at 5 min apart or less for an hour, go in, regardless of pain.

I called L&D one night and they told me to wait until the contractions are unbearable and 5min apart, or if I fill a pad with blood. But.... My friend said her contractions never hurt that bad.

That spends like contractions. Have you spoken to your doctor?
