Help, What Is Going On???

I had my tubes tied in 2004, after giving birth to my baby girl. I have been having movements in my abdomen since August 27, 2009. It feels like little bubbles. Everyone keeps telling me I am pregnant because I have gained 12.3 pounds and my stomach is rounder than normal. I have taken a blood pregnancy test which came back negative. I'm confused. Anyone have any advice?

Yes, pregnancy is possible after tubal ligation surgery.  I became pregnant 7 years after having this surgery done, but we lost our baby at 10 weeks, possibly due to low progesterone and are currently trying to conceive again.  I have read stories of women who have had trouble testing positive after having tubal ligation surgery done, so depending on when you tested I would recommend doing it again and getting an ultra sound done as well. God Bless.

Well, I suppose the bubbles could be gas and the bloating/weight gain could be water retention?  Hard to say, you should probably consult your Dr.  Good luck.
