Always the way!!! Quite often they are just covering themselves, but pays to double check :) nothing worse when you really want something and see that on the box! Realised my fav soy milk is vitamin A enriched so a big fat no-no when I was 5 weeks. I cried haha.

I wouldn't drink more than one a day of chamomile, nothing with licorice root. Peppermint is my go to or just fresh lemon and honey. Where I am, most herbal teas say on the box if you are pregnant or breastfeeding how many you can have.

Chamomile is one that is a bit disputed. Some people say no. Some people say yes. I've not seen any research studying herbs that make me say no. It is high in calcium, can help you sleep and are high in other vitamins. Most herbalists believe it is OK a couple times a week. I wouldn't drink a lot of it every day. Also, go for caffeine free teas.
