How can I , or what are some ways to get my babies head to drop lower?. Im past due and the baby head is still up high .

Walking, stairs, squats and prenatal yoga.  Over the course of the last few weeks there have been 4 women in my yoga class that did the class on Friday and went into labor that night or the following morning.
