For me l started by taking Miralax(sister's advice. lt worked for her). But what really helped me was taking twk Activia yogurts daily, and eating lots of RED grapes.
Good luck.

Sorry to hear. Prob the only thing i missed this pregnancy. 31 weeks. I've been super regular the whole pregnancy.  In fact I was never regular in my life before this pregnancy.
I've been living off of apples, pears and oatmeal since the morning sickness days. (Mc Donalds sales oatmeal all day long, with fresh apples indide) tease are the only things I can enjoy.  Everything else makes me have heartburn of some kind of other Ill feelings.  Like the other poster said. I don't eat blueberries or bananas.

For me its water, bananas, and a stool softener. My iron pills have my colon in neutral sometimes. The last two always help me out.

Psyllium husks are great. You'll get them in any health food shop. Sprinkle about a tablespoon or two on cereal in the morning. Also make sure you drink loads of water as that helps move things along

I've always had problems with constipation but I'm taking prenatal vitamins that have a mild laxitive in them. Also eating alot of berries.  That helps n every 2 weeks I drink or chug a bottle of 100% prune juice. That helps alot.
