you can also try acupreasure on your feet, go and have a pregnancy massage and get the to do the pressure points in your feet alternatively go to a reflexology pl, if your ready to go this will help :)
Try a yoga ball. Sit on it and bounce or just rock side to side or in a circle. It allows your bones to naturally spread and the baby to slowly get into a more comfortable position. I did that every night for a few weeks before both of my kids were born.
