I've also got preg. after HSG but MC'ed...My left tube was kinda squeezed,so had very bad pain ,but then the dye went tru...That means HSG cleared up the left side..right side was pefectly fine...

Since HSG can clear up the tubes..yes its kinda easier to get preg..if u dont have any structural problems or if the tubes are not blocked,it can help u too

I'm a few years older than you are however Oct 08 I had my 4th HSG done at age 36 and we fell pregnant that month.  Sadly we miscarried around Christmas but it was not due to the HSG.

i understand the urge u wan to have baby at your age of 35, but i do heard from many friends they successfully conceived few months after HSG test, so good luck to you and wish u get pregnant soon

I'm a bit confused about your question.   HSG is a diagnostic test to see if your tubes are blocked.  It's not really therapeutic in nature.  It's just one of the tests they do for infertility work ups.  

Maybe if blocked tube is your problem the dye can clear some blockage, but I've got no evidence of that.  

So to answer your question...lots of people have become pregnant after the HSG, but I don't think the HSG was the reason for the pregnancy.
