I also have a snuggle pillow it helps with being uncomfortable in the bed. but I also do not hesitate to get out the bed at two or three or anytime of the night and take a warm shower or bath it helps to sooth and relax my body. I play mellow music at times and just think about completely nothing and sometimes cut the light out and keep the night light plugged in. Hope this helps

Btw, if you live close to the store called buy buy baby, use bed bath and beyond 20%off coupon for the body pillow. You can use the pillow to curl up or use it against your back to open up your chest area. I have the same issue with my chest/lungs feeling squeezed.

I just bought a snoogle body pillow and it seems to work slightly better than just a pillow. I'm only 22 weeks and am constantly waking up b/c the bathroom, uncomfortable posture, or hunger. I hear it just gets worse so I'm trying to exercise or be active during the day time. If I take a nap, I'd take it earlier in the afternoon.

I am 24 weeks pregnant. Sleep is a struggle for me.
I keep moving from side to side.
Holding a pillow seems to help a bit. .
