Nasal congestion ... any of you suffering?

I suffer from nasal congestion and sneezing my nose off ... lol
Especially at night!

I have been plugged up since I found out I was pregnant. Its like a cold that lasts 40wks. Am looking forward to clearing up after the baby gets here. Haven't really tried anything, just been suffering through so don't have any helpful hints for you. Sorry.
Even in the tropics, I managed to catch a cold recently!
A saline nasal spray worked well for me to clear the congestion. Seeing as most meds are off the list for us.
Some people swear by a Neti Pot to clear their sinuses.. Haven't tried that one yet!
