I'm really sad

hi,
I had my amnio last week, afte 10days to I had call from genetic consulaor ans she said that babay has in cromosom 10 somthing that it could be from my sid or my husband sid which is ok, other wise it should be somthing else that they should do more test so to day i went to the lab with my husband and we both did the blood test for testing our cromosome too.
monday they gona give us test result if it is ok that's fine,if it is not same as me or my husband we have to go through more test .
so to day I just cry I don't know what to do which is I can't do anything I just have to waite Untill Monday that Againe I don't know the final result Maybe they gona tell me you have t waite untill we do more test on you or your husband.
any way I just very sad and always think about How should they terminate my baby If somthing wrong I'm 17 weeks
please give me idea.

Shoka - I'm so sorry that you're going through this -  one of my pregnancies ended up not good during the 2nd trimester so I have an idea of what you're going through.  

I chose not to terminate - my baby didn't have a chromosonal problem - it was the placenta, but understand that it's a very personal, individual decision.  The only thing you can do right now is wait until Monday to see how things go.  Pray in the mean time and realize it is out of your hands - it's not your nor your husband's fault about the chromosonal thing - it's just something that happens.

I'm so sorry to hear this Shoka.  I don't have any answers for you however I will keep you in my prayers that everything will turn out okay for your baby and you.
