Not much. Get blood work done to determine if you're anemic; if you are, take iron supplement. Other than that, moderate exercise, plenty of fluids, healthy diet, and waiting till your second trimester.
Don't worry it's normal. Listen to your body if it says I'm tired then rest. If it says eat more, do that. If it says cry cry! I gained my energy back about the 19th week. ♡ツ
Huh i know how you feel :( im 16 weeks and so tired still....
Tiredness is very common in the 1st trimester. I would be asleep by 7:30 every night. It should subside in your 2nd trimester, but will return again in your 3rd trimester. I'm 39 weeks & take 1 to 3 naps a day.
I am so exhausted! 9 weeks, tired and hungry every 2 hours..I feel like the newborn and have already gained 8 lbs. My first pregnancy was not like this! I got in the treadmill for 45 minutes the other day and ended up needing to take a 3 hr nap! I hope this ends soon!
Cat nap :) Im 16 weeks & can't cat nap but go to bed straight after my daughter @ 7.30. Maybe early bedtime?
Got my energy back at 14-15 weeks once my nausea settled :-) 30 weeks now and not lost it :-)(yet!)
