I'm 39 and almost 8 w I have to much pain in my hips is normal with my first baby she is 8 now everything was different and i'm so worry because I had a miscarriage last January 12 w  pregnant

I've had hip problems the entire time. I think cuz we are a bit older, our bodies aren't quite as forgiving. I talked to my doc about the pain and went n saw a massage therapist. The ones that help after a car accident, not the massage envy local spa type. My therapist also suggests about 4 inches of padding on the bed. So I have a 3 inch foam topper and an egg crate topper on our bed. This is over our pillow top mattress. It hasn't taken it away completely, but it has helped.
