Implantatation bleeding?

Help please! I am new to this but TTC, I had a follicle scan last Tuesday and the OB said my follicle was 20mm and to get busy! I did an ovulation test last wednesday and got a smiley face! I also had a blood test this wednesday which confirmed I had ovulated. My husband and I were very busy during this time! Does anyone ever bleed bright red blood during ovulation / intercourse as I did and did anyone then bleed a week later ? Again its bright red when I went for a BM, so hoping we are pregnant, could this be implantation bleeding? I have a 36 day cycle so my period is not due for another 9 days yet. Sorry for all the dates/ facts but can anyone help (I am 37).

Hi Michelle, the smiley face means you have had your lh surge and are about to ovulate. Had some more bright red blood yesterday morning and some pinky brown today, its starting to get on my nerves - do you think this is normal? thanks xx

Its very possible!!  Wait about 10-14 days after you think you ovulated and take a test.  We were on clomid and had 2 follicles 22mm and 15mm, so we got very busy as well.  LMP 6/2/10, follicles on 6/14/10, beta levels 6/29 46 and 7/1 117....so we were definitely pregnant!!  Now we are just waiting for our miracle to show that perfect little bean on an ultrasound.  hopefully on monday.  2 u/s down and nothing as of yet.

Hi, it is all looking hopeful :) from your dates I think you are about 8DPO and implantations can occur 6-12 days after ovulation, or does a smiley face mean you have ovulated or about to ovulated?
