I say don't rush it. Full term is 37-42 weeks so your baby might need the extra time inside you where it's cosy and safe. Your baby will decide when he/she is ready and every baby is different.

My waters broke less than 3 hours after my doctor did an internal examination.  I'm not sure if that's a coincidence or not.

The last few weeks are really tough and I fully understand why you want to get things moving. Try relax, get sleep and rest because life gets busy once baby arrives.

I squatted and washed my kitchen floor and I went into labour the next day early with both my girls.

You can try walking, sex, and nipple stimulation. That said, if baby isn't ready, these things won't work.

If your body isn't ready then no, nothing will work.
