Is having nose bleeds normal?

Hi ladies, I'm a first time mom and this is my second nose bleed. I'm 29 weeks and 5 days. What do you recommend to stop my nose from bleeding oh and I also have a cold sore:( is that bad? Please I need advice I'm scared.

I never get flowing nose bleeds but I have a lot of boogers with blood in them while I am pregnant. I keep a humidifier running and it takes care of the problem.

You should have your platelets checked they could be low. They help form clots.

Completely normal I had nose bleeds my whole pregnancy with my second and my nose has bleed my whole pregnancy this time as well. It has to do with the increased blood volume pregnant women have. Don't worry about the cold sore either.
