I found out at 12 weeks with Panorama blood test. But last baby at 18 week scan.

12 weeks with harmony blood test

9 weeks for blood test and 14 weeks for 4 ultrasound. Normally the Dr will tell you at your regular appointments around 20 for your anatomy scan.
