unbearable back pain?

Im 35 weeks & 6 days, for the last three days my back has been killing me. It an unbearable pain. I cant stand straight, its extremely difficult to get in & out of bed & sometimes laying down makes it worse. The pain sometimes goes down to my leg. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else?

I've had this for 3 weeks now. It's horrible pain. Get on your hands and knees and rock your hips slowly. It will give you some relief for a few minutes. Rotate heat and cold. A maternity belt will help some too. It doesn't go away. Just have to deal with it until you deliver the baby.

The baby is pushing on a nerve in your spine. Giving you sciatic pain which shoots down your leg. Its very common in pregnancy unfortunately.
Ask your doctor to refer you to physio- they can give you a back brace to help take the pressure off your spine.
hope your feeling better soon
