Ivf first time at 37

Hi all... Very new to this.  Ivf transfer two days ago.  Traveling tomorrow, but booked wheelchair and porter so as to avoid lifting any weight.  Cramps lower abdomen where ovaries should be.  Desperately nervous.  Any advice?

Hi... Thanks for your kind words... My beta bcc came back 7, and I've definitely lost it.  Very sad but true.  I didn't have the heart to come back to the forum for a while.  Ah well.  Will keep trying. Thanks again.

I agree with Kathy's comments.  I had quite a bit of bleeding througout my entire pregnancy and was convinced I had miscarried a number of time.  It turned out to be a hematoma (sorry, sp?) and it didn't impact the pregnancy at all.  Has your Dr. diagnosed?  If not, please see your Dr.  I wish you well.

Not all bleeding is miscarriage bleeding.  Many women will have bleeding while they are pregnant and have normal health babies.

How much bleeding are you having?

July 6!  And I'm going to be busy as a bee which is a good thing because I've already started rearranging our apartment to fit an imaginary crib and stuff... I am such a planner, but this time it's working against me!  I really can't be planning for the baby from now when I don't even know.  My heart goes out to everyone in my situation and worse... And the cramps around my ovaries worry me the most.   I was constipated the first day after transfer (I can't believe am writing this), and am worried I flushed it down the toilet!  This is plain ridiculous!   Thanks again!

Waiting to find out if we are in fact pregnant is the worst!  It can seem like an eternity.  Best thing to do is keep as busy as possible and try not to stress too much (I know, much easier said then done).  When is your blood test booked?

Welcome to our community and I look forward to reading your update.  I sure hope it's a positive for you!
