Has anyone had pains in both of there wrist? I've having pains in both my wrist and fingers.
Mine is my whole right arm. It hurts especially at nigt and it falls asleep. I have to sleep elevated on my back.
Yes. With my first pregnancy 8 years ago. I had carpal tunnel in both wrists. It was always worst at night. I wore braces and slept with my arms stretched or in front of me. All went away at delivery. Good luck.
