Just beginning

Hi Everyone,
I am totally new to this site and to trying to conceive....
I am nervous, excited, wondering about everything and hoping I do everything right to have a healthy baby.
I see this site is a very supportive environment. You all sound so caring and empathetic and helpful.
I look forward to being an active member. Maybe someday I can be helpful to someone new at this amazing adventure. For now, I am a learner and a beginner and can use any and all advice and words of wisdom.
Emily

See, already all of you are inspiring!  Thank you and good luck to all of you too! I'll be checking in often..and also learning these little abbreviations such as BFP etc.  :)
Oh, I have some baby dust for those of you trying too. Hooray for mothers, mothers to be and hopeful mothers! I do believe in positive energy and thought.

Emily, Welcome to our little family...that's what we are here!!!  These ladies are the greatest!! I too am ttc and I get very frustrated very fast and sometimes I think about giving up. I get on here and vent all of it and the responses I get pull me out of it. Some of the stories are absolutely amazing...and if these wonderful women can go through it and put up with the struggles than we can too. It truly pays off because so many of them have heart breaking stories that end in SUCCESS!!! They get their BFP's and we will too!!  Best of luck and lots of sticky baby dust to you.

emily - I want to welcome you to our little forum.  Most of us are either ttc, pregnant or have a baby so you're in good company!  I hope you get your BFP soon - may I say that if you are 35+, don't wait too long (no longer than 6 months) if you don't get pregnant to see a doctor or better yet a doctor who specializes in fertility issues.

Good luck w/everything! - jen

Hi Emily and welcome!!  You are in the right place.  This is a very supportive and informative enviroment.  I guarantee that someone here has had a similar experience to what you are dealing with, and everyone is more then happy to help if they can.  Maybe share a little of your story.  Is there anything specific you are currently dealing with?  How old are you, and how long have you been trying to conceive? Ok, I am nosy..lol, but knowing a bit more about you helps us help you.  Again welcome!!!  Amanda
