Has anyone had hemorrhoids before? How do/did you treat them?

I've never had hemorrhoids but I watched this video on youtube some pregnant woman was making suppositories with chilled coconut oil raw garlic and witch hazel the suppositories were supposed to completely shrink your hemorrhoids and get rid of them completely

I'm 35 and on my fourth pregnancy so I'm kind of anticipating having hemorrhoids when this is all said and done so if it does happen to me I'll be using this cure

Make sure that you aren't straining when going to the bathroom- drinking lots of water, Apple juice, Prunes, walking will help make going easier. For treatment of hemorrhoid a you can get Tucks medicated pads, or just soak gauze in plain witch hazel and apply to the affected area (never internally). The Witch hazel you can reapply throughout the day. You can get over the counter hemorrhoid ointment at the drug store too.
