Maybe preg?

My last period was on Jan. 28th, 2011 and my cycles have been regular for years.. Have some symptoms of pregnancy but testing negative... Everything going on with my body says yes, but I am not stressing because I am 39 and this would be my first pregnancy... If I am not pregnant, what else could it be? I had a fibroids once and this is nothing like that and I know it's not ovarian cysts, and all my paps have come back normal... Any advice? I do have an appointment with a midwife on April 28th.

Oh and I have missed two periods now and on my way to missing the third.

Could be many things, sorry to say.

A friend of mine thought she was pregnant once. She had testing done because she had ALL the symptoms. Tests, including blood work came back negative. 5 months later (after going to the doctor almost every day) the doctor decided to do an ultrasound to see if she maybe had some sort of stomach problem ( as she was getting pretty fat) and it turned out she was 7 months along!

I have 2 fibroids and have just found out im 5.5 days pregnant i had the same thing happen to me and i always get my period the 22nd without fail, but i didnt get one at all in jan. so i was testing and testing but it was showing up neg all the time. come feb i went to an ovulation clinic and i got my period the 22nd as norm and they tracked my ovulation for feb and here i am today preg. my point is i was trying for a baby so bad for some reason i missed a period all together. dont know y first time ever. maybe its one of thoes things. im sorry i cant give a answer but i can assure you its happened befor to someone eles. me lol.
